Double Chocolate Chip Caramel Cookies
2c. All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 ½ Stick of Salted Butter, Melted
1 c. Light Brown Sugar
½ c. Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 c. White Chocolate Chips
½ Cup of Caramel Candies or you can make a caramel sauce
- Mix together the butter and sugars, then add your eggs, and vanilla. Make sure that your wet ingredients have been fully incorporated before adding your dry ingredients.
- Sift in your Flour and Baking Soda.
- Fold in your Chocolate Chips and Caramel Sauce
Set your oven to 350*F, then bake your cookies for about 10 minutes. It is okay to underbake because the cookie will set while cooling on the sheet pan.
Tip: I slam the cookies down mid-bake to flatten and crisp the edges
