DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP CARAMEL COOKIES

Double Chocolate Chip Caramel Cookies

 

2c. All-Purpose Flour

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1 ½ Stick of Salted Butter, Melted

1 c. Light Brown Sugar

½ c. Granulated Sugar 

1 Tsp Vanilla

2 Eggs

1c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 c. White Chocolate Chips

½ Cup of Caramel Candies or you can make a caramel sauce

 

  1. Mix together the butter and sugars, then add your eggs, and vanilla. Make sure that your wet ingredients have been fully incorporated before adding your dry ingredients.
  2. Sift in your Flour and Baking Soda.
  3. Fold in your Chocolate Chips and Caramel Sauce

 

Set your oven to 350*F, then bake your cookies for about 10 minutes. It is okay to underbake because the cookie will set while cooling on the sheet pan. 

 

Tip: I slam the cookies down mid-bake to flatten and crisp the edges
